What we hold

Your email address, the name and pen name you gave us, an optional mobile number, and your writing. We record which devices are signed in - browser name, the date, and the address you connected from - so you can see them in Settings and sign out ones you no longer use. We keep a line for every AI generation: what it was for, how many tokens, and what it cost in credits.

Where it goes

To a model provider, when you ask for AI help, and only the parts of your work needed for that request. To an email or SMS provider, to deliver your sign-in code. Nowhere else. We do not sell anything about you, we run no advertising, and there are no third-party analytics or trackers in this application.

What we do not do

We do not read your manuscripts. We do not train anything on them. We do not share them with anyone, including other authors on the service - every query is scoped to your own account, and that is enforced in the database rather than by remembering to filter.

Cookies

Three, all necessary: one that keeps you signed in, one short-lived one that carries a sign-in half way through, and one that remembers which browser this is so your device list stays tidy. No advertising or analytics cookies, which is why this application has never asked you to accept any.

Getting it back, or getting rid of it

Export any series as a .ficta file whenever you like - it holds everything, and it is readable without us. Ask us to close your account and we delete your work.
